We are non-profit making, non-political association. Our vision is to establish Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire as a hotbed for the development of track and field athletics by utilising the catalyst of the London 2012 Games to inspire a generation of young people to take up and stay in track and field athletics and achieve their potential in the sport.
Through our work with elite athletes and local corporate partners we will promote North Staffordshire as an aspirational, ambitious and successful area. We will work with the voluntary sector to outline a range of measures intended to ensure that track and field athletics in North Staffordshire is transformed and that those athletes with potential are supported to compete and succeed at all levels and, for those that have the potential, support them to compete at the 2012 Olympics and beyond.

To support local talented athletes and see North Stafforshire Athletes in the Great Britain Team at the 2012 London Olympics!

To promote talented local athletes as role models to raise the aspirations of young people in North Staffordshire

To encourage and increase participation in the sport

At the Management Committee's discretion, provide financial support to the City of Stoke Athletics Club where the financial support benefits directly, or indirectly, fully paid up members of the City of Stoke AC athletes and other track and field athletes using the City of Stoke AC facilities.

To actively support those activities and initiatives that the Management Committee believe would provide direct and/or indirect benefit to North Staffordshire track and field athletes.

To develop a corporate business membership base of organisations who share our vision and a family membership base of people who also share that vision.

To raise additional funding, and the profile of the organisation, through the development of a programme of fund raising events.

To publish a quarterly business to business newsletter aimed at the local business community and designed to celebrate and promote local success stories via a mix of successful athlete and business profiles.

To promote the work of the organisation - and the success of North Staffordshire - to local, regional and national decision makers.
