Catholic Outreach Services Board of Directors is made up of 2 representatives from each of the 6 Catholic Churches in the San Angelo area. COS currenting has 5 part-time employees and over 80 volunteers who serve diligently one or more days per week. COS depends on the service of volunteers to complete our work.
